Riverside Serviced Apartments

Riverside Serviced Apartments is an aparthotel in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City, on the banks of the Saigon River, with self-contained apartments that have a living room and a full kitchen. The property spreads over 13 buildings, and its air-conditioned apartments have cable TV, an oven and a stove, plus a private balcony that looks out either over the garden or over the river.

Riverside Serviced Apartments offers three options, and the two apartment types are the core of the range. Each apartment has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, toaster and electric kettle, along with a dining table. Balconies and terraces are common to the whole range, and the apartments overlook either the garden or the pool.

The one-bedroom apartment covers 60 m², with a large king-size bed in the bedroom, a separate living room and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The two-bedroom apartment is the largest at 99 m², with two bathrooms, a large king-size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other, for up to four guests. The third option, Room Selected at Check In, is 60 m² with a double bed, but the room type and bed are assigned on arrival and may be a higher category, subject to availability.

The property offers free private parking on site and free WiFi in the rooms. Its shuttle service is free too: a scheduled bus or boat transfer runs to and from Bach Dang Port, and a bus goes to An Phu Supermarket and Metro Hypermarket on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security are on hand.

The streets around the property are quiet and green, with Công Viên Thảo Điền park 700 m away and the Vista Kids Playground 650 m away, which makes the area practical for families. The Pháp Viện Minh Đăng Quang pagoda is also about 700 m away, a short walk along the local streets.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 7.7 km away, around a 25-minute drive, and Saigon Railway Station is 8 km away. The property runs a free scheduled bus or boat transfer to and from Bach Dang Port, in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, and the ferry landings Bến Thảo Điền (2.2 km) and Bến Bình An (2.3 km) are close by.

Around the property, the Chợ Thảo Điền market (2.1 km) covers everyday shopping and food, and the Quang San Art Museum (2.2 km) is a short trip for an afternoon out. For the main sights, the Vietnam History Museum is 5.1 km away and the War Remnants Museum is 6.7 km, so the free transfer or a taxi is the practical way to reach them.
